Falmouth Road Runners‘ infamous ‘stagger’ round the trails, lanes, paths, and fields around Falmouth, the Carrick Cracker, will be back on Sunday February 16th. This is a very informal multi-terrain event with no medals or prizes; entrants will be provided with a map and instructions, and limited marshaling. However, you are virtually guaranteed a fun day out, with some seriously good cake to reward the finishers! There are no rules and no cut-off times, though the cake will run out early, and Race HQ closes at 3pm!

Falmouth Road Runners have added an ‘ultra’ distance to the event, with a 43km version of the route, to go along with 12k and 29k versions for those slightly less brave.

Race HQ – Falmouth Sports Club, Western Terrace, Falmouth TR11 4QJ.

Start Time(s) – The Carrick Cracker has a staggered start: 8.30 am (43km); 9.00 am (29km); 10.00 am (12km).

Cost – Entry £5 in advance or £6 on the day regardless of distance. This very reasonable price reflects the informal nature of the event and includes refreshments.
