Cornish Marathon – Pensilva
November 16, 2014 @ 10:00
The Cornish Marathon is one of the toughest marathons in the UK, with some sustained ‘undulations’! The race is the final scoring event of the Cornwall Glass and Glazing Road Running Grand Prix, and sets out from Millennium House in Pensilva. The route heads west towards Bodmin Moor and then loops north around Jamaica Inn, eventually rejoining the route back to Pensilva. A GPS trace of the route showing elevation, including some ‘interesting’ hills around mile 22 and 24 can be found here.
Full marshaling, chip timing and St. John’s first aid support; 5 hour cut-off. Hoodies for finishers, along with a medal, goodie bag, and a pasty! Changing and showers will also be available.
Affiliated £20 / unaffiliated £22 (non refundable) – £5 extra on the day, with a maximum field of 350.
